Metamorfosis

Metamorfosis was my first short film, co-directed with Juanfran Jacinto and produced by Bígaro Films and the prestigious Oscar-winning production company Autour de minuit.

The short film, aimed at an adult audience, was selected at internationally renowned festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand, Anima Brussels, Filmfest Dresden, Uppsala, Fantasporto, the Gijón International Film Festival and the Goya Awards, winning several awards.

It was also screened at the Official Association of Educators of Valencia to open a conversation about the stigma surrounding chronic mental illness, the lack of institutional support, and the extremely low number of psychologists available in primary care.
